Our story
In 2024 our founding team was running content for their own audiences with five tabs open: one tool to schedule, another to automate Instagram DMs, a third to generate captions, a fourth to host a link page, a spreadsheet to guess what worked. Each was priced per seat, designed for a Western workweek, and knew nothing about a festive-season launch or a your audience's language caption.
So we built the missing layer instead of another scheduler. Publishing was table stakes; the real work was everything that happens after a post goes live — the comment that becomes a DM, the DM that becomes a sale, the sale nobody can trace back to a reel.

What we build
We obsess over four jobs: help you create faster, publish everywhere, reply automatically and understand what earned money.
Keyword-triggered Instagram DM flows that answer, qualify and send links 24/7 — no flow-builder degree required.
Sell courses, 1:1 sessions and digital products with UPI and Razorpay checkout attached to the posts that sold them.
Every unit of revenue mapped to the reel, carousel or DM flow that earned it, so you can repeat what works instead of guessing.
Captions, hooks, images, voiceovers and your audience's language rewrites generated in your own tone, in seconds.
Creators told us they were paying ₹4,000–₹8,000 a month across four or five tools. This is what one Pixalera plan covers instead.
Our values
These aren't words on a careers page. They decide what we ship, what we refuse to ship, and how we price.
Every second counts
Creators are the whole studio — writer, editor, marketer, support desk. Every feature we ship has to remove a step, not add a dashboard.
Built by creators, for creators
We are not a generic enterprise marketing suite with a creator skin. Product decisions start from a real posting week, not a sales deck.
Designed for the Desi creator
Transparent pricing, UPI payouts, timezone-aware scheduling, regional-language captions and multilingual tone models — the context global tools skip.
No dark patterns, ever
Clear pricing, cancel in two clicks, no surprise seat charges, and comparison pages that say “unverified” instead of inventing a weakness.
Ship fast, iterate faster
We release weekly. Requests from the community board make it into the product in days, not quarters — and we tell you when they ship.
Data over assumptions
Honest analytics beat vanity charts. We surface what actually earned revenue, even when the answer is uncomfortable.
Milestones
Pixalera started as a simple multi-channel scheduler for a handful of Instagram creators. Within weeks the same request kept coming back: “the posting is fine — it's everything after the post that breaks.”
We shipped keyword-triggered Instagram DM automation. Creators stopped paying separately for a chat-marketing tool, and reply times fell from hours to seconds.
Captions, images, voiceovers and a checkout-ready storefront joined the platform, so an idea could travel from draft to paid product without leaving one tab.
Revenue attribution tied every sale back to the post, DM flow and link that produced it — the reporting layer most creator tools still don't attempt.
Engineers, designers and creators who post from the same product every week and answer support themselves.
Our compare and alternatives pages describe what rivals do well, and say “unverified” when we can't confirm a claim.
INR pricing and timezone-aware scheduling by default, with timezone, currency and language support for global audiences.
Solo creators, coaches, D2C brands and small agencies who publish daily, answer DMs constantly and sell something — a course, a service, a product. If your work ends at scheduling, you probably don't need us; if it starts there, you do.
Three things: automation lives next to publishing instead of in a separate subscription, revenue attribution ties posts to revenue earned, and everything is priced for creators rather than enterprises — plans from ₹499/mo (about $5.22), INR and USD billing, local-timezone slots and multilingual AI.
Pixalera was founded in 2025 by a small, distributed team of engineers and creators, and the product is built for the global creator economy across every major market.
We connect through the official APIs of each network, request the minimum scopes needed to publish and reply, never post without an explicit schedule or automation you created, and let you revoke access from your account settings at any time.
Feature requests from the in-app board, support conversations and creator interviews are scored weekly. Anything that removes a subscription or a manual step for a creator goes to the top of the list.
Yes — every plan includes support in English and Hindi, and teams or agencies can book a migration call where we help import your calendar, reconnect channels and rebuild automations.
Publishing works for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky and Pinterest. Auto-DM and comment automation cover Instagram and Facebook, and the unified inbox also pulls in YouTube comments. LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and TikTok are on the roadmap.
Yes, and it is free forever: 1 connected channel, 3 scheduled posts a month, 25 Auto-DM sends and 10 AI credits — no credit card required. Paid plans start at ₹499/month ($5.22), with your first month from ₹99 ($1.04).
UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, processed securely through Razorpay. Monthly renewals use an AutoPay mandate you can cancel any time.
Yes. Pixalera connects only through the official platform APIs (Meta, YouTube and others) using their own permission screens — never your password — and respects each platform's rate limits, including one automated Instagram DM per person per 24 hours.
