Product docs, written for people who ship

Short, practical pages covering every module — what a setting does, what a platform allows, and what to do when something fails.

Quickstart

Go from empty workspace to a scheduled week in about five minutes.

  1. 1Create your workspaceSign up, name your brand and pick a timezone — every schedule and report uses it.
  2. 2Connect channelsChannels → Connect. Instagram and Facebook need a Professional account linked to a Page; YouTube needs channel-manager access.
  3. 3Set posting timesAdd 3–5 weekly slots per channel, or accept the best-time suggestions generated from your history.
  4. 4Publish your first postCompose once, tweak per-platform previews, then Schedule. The queue fills the next open slot automatically.

Publishing & calendar

How queues, retries and platform limits behave.

  1. 1Queues vs fixed timesA queued post takes the next open slot; a fixed post publishes at the exact minute you set.
  2. 2Supported formatsImages, carousels, reels/shorts, stories, text posts and link posts — availability depends on the channel.
  3. 3Failed publishesFailures show the raw platform error. Fix the cause (token, size, aspect ratio) and press Retry — no need to rebuild the post.
  4. 4ApprovalsClient workspaces can require approval before anything leaves the queue.

AutoDM flows

Turn comments and story replies into conversations.

  1. 1Create a triggerChoose a post or “all posts”, then add keywords. Matching is case-insensitive and ignores punctuation.
  2. 2Add gatesOptionally require a follow or an email before the payload is delivered.
  3. 3Design the messageText, buttons and links, with up to three follow-ups on a delay.
  4. 4Measure itEvery flow reports triggers, deliveries, clicks and captured contacts.

Unified inbox

One thread list for DMs, comments, mentions and reviews.

  1. 1FiltersFilter by channel, type, assignee or unread state; saved filters stick per teammate.
  2. 2Saved repliesStore reusable answers with variables like first name and order link.
  3. 3AssignmentAssign a conversation to a teammate; response-time targets are tracked per assignee.

Analytics & reports

Definitions and exports so numbers match the native apps.

  1. 1Metric definitionsReach, impressions, engagement rate and follower delta are normalised per platform and documented in-app.
  2. 2ComparisonsCompare any two date ranges or any set of channels side by side.
  3. 3ExportsPDF for clients, CSV for spreadsheets — both respect the current filters.

Team, roles & billing

Access control and subscription management.

  1. 1RolesOwner, Admin, Editor and Viewer. Only Owner and Admin can connect channels or change billing.
  2. 2Client workspacesSeparate brands keep their own channels, queues, inbox and reports.
  3. 3BillingMonth-to-month, upgrade or cancel any time; invoices are downloadable from Settings → Billing.
